By using Vargr you accept these Terms. Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before publication.
1. What Vargr is
Vargr is a platform connecting athletes and coaches, providing training, nutrition and tracking tools, including AI-assisted or solo coaching.
2. Account and age
You must be at least 16 and provide truthful data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Marketplace role
Human coaching is provided by the coach, who is the supplier. Vargr provides the platform and facilitates payments, retaining a commission. The coaching contract is between athlete and coach.
4. Payments
Payments to coaches go through the payment provider (Stripe); the coach is the recipient. Digital subscriptions (AI coach / Solo) are billed via Apple (in-app purchases) or the platform. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the relevant payment channel's rules (e.g. Apple) and applicable law.
6. Health disclaimer
Vargr and the AI coach provide guidance for informational purposes and do not replace medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a program. Use is at your own risk.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, resell content, or circumvent payment systems.
8. Intellectual property
Trademarks and software belong to Vargr. Content generated for you is for personal use; your data remains yours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vargr is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or training/nutrition guidance.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach the Terms. You can close your account anytime in Settings.
11. Governing law
Italian law applies; courts of [CITY], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes
We may update the Terms; we will notify you of material changes.
